For real estate agents

Listing comments become DM conversations before the day is out

A walkthrough reel fills with PRICE and INFO. Each of those people gets the listing sheet or the valuation form in their DMs, with a record of who asked and when.

What you get

  • A separate campaign per listing, each with its own keywords and link.
  • An optional public reply under the comment so other viewers see the offer.
  • Tracked links, so you can tell a seller how many people opened the listing.
  • Every send, skip, and failure logged with a reason, exportable as CSV.

One campaign per property

Point a campaign at the listing reel, set a keyword specific to that property, and the link delivers the sheet, the floor plan, or the showing calendar.

Valuation asks

A market-update post with the keyword VALUE sends a valuation form. The comment is public interest in your market; the DM is the part that turns it into a contact.

Where the lead goes next

There is no CRM sync. The delivery log holds the handle, the comment, the time, and whether the link was opened, and it exports to CSV so it can go into whatever you already use.

Questions worth asking

Can the reply mention the property by name?

Yes - the message is yours to write, and {username} is replaced with the commenter's handle. Because a campaign is tied to a post and a keyword, a per-listing message is the normal way to set it up.

Can someone else see the results without logging in?

Not yet. Sends, clicks, and click-through rate live in your dashboard, and the delivery log exports to CSV when you need to hand the numbers over. Report links that open without an account, and white-labelling, are on the roadmap and not built.

Is this safe for the account?

It runs on the official Instagram Graph API: no scraping, no browser automation, and your password is never asked for. Sends stay under Meta's documented limit of 750 private replies per hour per account, and a DM only ever goes to someone who commented on your post or messaged you first.
