Data Deletion

This is immediate and you can do it yourself:

1. Sign in at coffeereach.com/login.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find the Instagram account and select Disconnect.

The stored access token for that account is removed, its campaigns stop matching comments immediately, and we stop receiving any further data about it from Instagram. You can also revoke our access from Instagram's own settings, under Apps and Websites.

The delivery history for that account is kept, because it is your record of what was sent. To remove that too, use the next section.

Email support@coffeereach.com from the address you sign in with, and include:

• the workspace name, and
• the Instagram username connected to it.

We reply to confirm, and complete the deletion within 30 days — usually much sooner. If we cannot match the request to an account, we will say so rather than guess.

• Your user record and sign-in details.
• The workspace, its team members, and any pending invitations.
• Connected Instagram accounts, including the encrypted access tokens.
• Every campaign and its configuration.
• The full delivery log — comments received, messages sent, skips and failures.
• Tracked links and their click records.
• Stored follower history for your accounts.

Some records are removed automatically on a schedule, whether or not you ask:

• Raw webhook payloads — after 14 days.
• Duplicate-prevention records — after 30 days. The comment IDs already handled, kept so nobody is messaged twice.
• Operational logs — after 30 days. Diagnostics such as failed sends and token refreshes.

If you commented on someone's Instagram post and received a message from CoffeeReach, we hold a small record of that interaction — your Instagram username and user ID, the comment, and whether the reply was delivered — on behalf of the business whose post you commented on.

Email support@coffeereach.com with your Instagram username and roughly which account you interacted with, and we will remove it. You may also contact that business directly.

We may ask you to confirm control of the email address or the connected Instagram account before deleting anything. This protects you: without it, anyone who knew your workspace name could erase your data.

We will not delay a request beyond what verification requires, and we retain data after a deletion request only where the law requires it — in which case we will tell you what, and why.
