Affiliate Programme Terms

You earn 30% of what a customer you referred pays us, on every payment they make, for as long as their subscription keeps renewing. If they cancel, the commission stops with their payments.

Commission is calculated by our affiliate platform on the payment we actually collect from the customer, so a discount or coupon they used reduces it. Commission on a payment that is later refunded, charged back or otherwise reversed may be withheld or reversed.

You are given a link containing your own referral token. When someone opens it, our affiliate platform records the referral in their browser, and if they later start a paid subscription, that subscription is attributed to you.

Tracking depends on the visitor's browser. A visitor who blocks scripts or cookies, clears them, or subscribes from a different device than the one they clicked your link on may not be attributed to you. We can only pay on referrals the platform records, and we cannot add a referral after the fact.

Self-referral does not earn commission: you cannot use your own link to discount your own subscription, or ask a customer to sign up through it on your behalf.

You may not promote CoffeeReach through paid advertising of any kind. That includes, and is not limited to, Google Ads, Meta and Instagram ads, TikTok ads, YouTube ads, X ads, Reddit ads, native or display networks, paid newsletter placements bought to run your affiliate link, and any form of paid search.

In particular, you may not bid on our brand name, our product name, our domain, or misspellings of any of them, and you may not run ads that use our name in the headline, display URL or copy.

The reason is simple: paid ads on our own name compete with us for customers who were already coming to us, and they are indistinguishable from us to the person clicking. The programme is for recommendation - your audience, your content, your list, your community.

You also may not:

• Say anything about CoffeeReach that is not true, including describing features it does not have, inventing results, or promising outcomes on our behalf.
• Present yourself as CoffeeReach, as an employee of it, or as an official support channel, or register domains, accounts or handles that suggest you are.
• Send unsolicited bulk email or unsolicited direct messages, or promote your link through automated messaging, spam, or anything that breaches Instagram's or any other platform's rules.
• Use coupon, deal, cashback or voucher sites, or offer cash back from your own commission as an inducement to sign up.
• Bid on, buy or place your link where the person clicking it cannot tell they are seeing a recommendation.

Disclose that your link is an affiliate link wherever the law where you and your audience are requires it.

Commissions are tracked by our affiliate platform and paid out through Stripe. Your current referrals, approved commissions and payment history are shown in your affiliate dashboard, which is the record we pay from - so are the payout schedule, any minimum, and the payment methods available in your country.

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn, and for giving us or the platform the details needed to pay you. We cannot pay a commission we have not been able to collect from the customer.

Joining the programme is subject to our approval, and we may decline an application without giving a reason. We may withhold or reverse commissions that come from a breach of these terms, from fraudulent or reversed payments, or from referrals we have reason to believe were not genuine, and we may end your participation for a breach.

We may change the programme, including the commission rate, or close it entirely. Changes apply from the date they are published; commissions already approved before a change are not reduced by it. If the programme closes, we will say so in your dashboard.

Being an affiliate does not make you our employee, agent or partner, and it does not give you authority to make commitments for us.
